Ning Resources

something that looks like a delicious clone (for social shared bookmarking)(http://bookmarks.ning.com/)
an idea “bank” – very primitive – for collecting ideas during brainstorming
An Amazon book review clone
Here are some discussions of the implications/uses of ning:

3. professional e-communities,
4. and, formal e-learning.
And so I was reading an article in the NY Times called Suddenly An Affinity For Teenagers which talks about Rupert Murdoch’s purchase of MySpace.com, which my 14 year-old son [...]

Yahoo Portal

James and I have been talking for a while for the need of a personal portal service. Right now I’m playing with a Geeklog, but I think that I would prefer something simpler. Could this Yahoo Portal Service provide what we’re looking for?
